Peacock villa

Located in the central province, Ihala Maulla, Boraluweva, Kobeigane, Peacock villa is surrounded by a peaceful coconut estate, with two lakes called Huriwewa and also Kudaoya bordering the eco resort. Villa 46 Hikkaduwa

Situated on a beautiful forty perch expanse of land that slopes gently and extends all the way to the beach, Villa 46 is at the heart of all that happens in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka. The aesthetically pleasing traditional Sri Lankan architectural theme was partially conceptualised and recently built by Marvan & Neluni Atapattu as a luxurious home away from home destination for the whole family. Marvan’s Test debut (cap 46) lends itself to the naming of the villa.

Four spacious, well appointed bedrooms, each named after four revered flowers of Sri Lanka adds to the distinct ambience of Villa 46. The rooms are of equal dimension and have a two plus two set up (two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor). The ensuite bedrooms offer maximum privacy from one another and have direct views of the beach and ocean.

All conveniences including tea and coffee making facilities are provided to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing experience. Villa 46 could be reserved in its entirety for an extended stay.

Initially operating as a bed and breakfast, guests can make arrangements to have lunch and dinner as well as a sumptuous barbecue prepared in discussion with the chef. Guest meal options include nearby popular restaurants serving delectable local and international cuisine. Nightlife hotspots, an exciting local culture and a whole range of stimulating activities await guests venturing beyond Villa 46.
