Ricette: Kiribath e Lunu miris

Ingredienti

1 ½ bicchiere di riso
1 ½ bicchiere di latte di cocco
1 ½ bicchiere di acqua
1 cipolla
2 cucchiaini di peperoncino tritato
2 cucchiaini di sale
½ lime

Preparazione

Kiribath:
- Portare l'acqua ad ebollizione e aggiungere il riso, poi il sale
- Una volta che il riso è cotto, unire il latte di cocco
- Mescolare e cuocere per 10 minuti
Lunu Miris:
- Tagliare la cipolla e metterla nel mortaio, unire peperoncilo, sale e lime
- Pestare il tutto finchè gli ingredienti non sono ben amalgamati
